When racing from a dig is it better to be in D or OD? Also wondering why one would be better over the other? New to the whole racing thing and just want to get the most out :firedevil: of it.
I read in a similar post a while ago that you want to race in D, you'll notice it revs about 300 more rpm before it shifts, (6,100 v. 5,800), along with building more pressure. Proved to be true with my car, which is all stock 4 now.
i tested the whole racing in D and OD. it made zero difference
I found that if I use a programmer to alter shift points, I now have to leave it OD for it to work...
