Keep in mind that cases like this aren't usually just a case of over eating and lack of self control. A 7year old doesn't have fixation on food to a great enough extent to get to be over 400lbs, and gain 200lbs in 2 years naturally. There are medical conditions that cause this. Just looking at her features and mannerisms, I wonder if she has a condition called Prader-Willi Syndrome. These people have a genetic deletion of part of one chromosome that causes SEVERE overeating in addition to other problems.
