hate to hear that. It's one of the dangers when swapping stalls. You want to make sure the verter seats 3 times. We played hell getting mine to seat. It finally did and then when I had to pull the tranny again and replace the front seal we screwed up trying to get the verter to seat I had zero problems getting it to seat that time. I guess you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette.
yup ive done that...but i put mine in too tight messed up the pump shaft real bad....now i give at least 1/4 inch or more backward movement from in all the way....use washers if needed
ah, you pulled a me and broke the front pump. that was a nice $85 expense. all new vanes, rotor and milled the housing to get the scarring out of it.Quote:
