i was going down the interstate after work today and was poking along at 70 mph and looked over in the fast lane and a cobra mustang comes rolling by....it sounded and looked wicked. i am not a fan of mustangs but this one had all the bells and whisltes. Huge hood scoop, custom wheels, great paint job I think it was an 2004. I knew what was going to happen but had to give it a try anyway. I thought he was not going to race but I kept on at him. I went around some cars to get some racing room and slowed down so he would have to pull right up beside me. we went a little ways and i didnt think he was going to kick it in but then he nailed it. he was a nose ahead of me before i floored mine and i messed up not dropping my a4 down a gear. we started from 70 mph and he jumped out 3 car lengths and I shut it down at 105 mph. we ran up on traffic which was good for me cause he was pulling away fast. I dont think it would have made a difference if we got in the thottle at the same time that car was a rod. when he kicked his motor in it was so loud i couldnt even hear my engine when i floored it.
I pulled back up beside him and gave him the thumbs up. I have had my car 7 months and raced everything that has pulled up beside. Thats was my first death and had a blast trying lol.
