Gmmg and drone?

I have a stock 2000 SS Camaro w/automatic. I am gonna change the exhaust and cant decide if I want the Gmmg catback. The Ls1sounds clips of the Gmmg sound awesome, but how loud is it in the car cruising and at highway speeds. (drone) I will eventually get headers, cam, and a catted y pipe. There arent many camaros in my area to checkout or listen to in person. I am not dead set on the Gmmg. Thanks for your help and/or recommendations.

you dont want the gmmg if you are going to get headers, cam and so on.
a very popular exhaust for people with headers and cam is the hooker.
its not real loud on a stock car but on a modded car its loud enough but not overly loud.
also no rasp.

Thanks nhraformula, the hooker sounds good too, but I would like to have stainless steel, which could lead me to the magnaflow catback.

If you have cats on I wouldn't worry about it being too loud.

I've got GMMG and longtubes and it sounds great...cats too

Why wouldn't you want the GMMG with headers and a cam?

i have a weld in magna flow with headers, it is really loud at wot, but at cruise it isnt bad

w/ cats u will have a good sound no matter what catback. GMMG is a great choice.

Believe me it is. I've heard it in real life an it is the best sounding catback i've ever heard on a f-body

I have GMMG longtubes and no cats and it sounds great!

Got me. People think it's to loud but I think they shouldn't be moding their car if they're afriad of that.

I have LT's, ORY, GMMG and the cam is currently going in. Yeah it's going to be louder after the cam but it's going to sound really good.
