in all theory, if the site guidlines is 16 years of age or older blah blah blah, you could take legal action on the internet porn area....not sure what the codes are...but if you are under 18 years of age and you got that and this site requires you tobe 16 or older blah blah ED could take legal action.
I got similar pictures on The Avalanche site, the spammer got banned there too.
