first dyno run

Kinda off topic vehicle, but did the first chassis dyno run on the 454 today. Turbo 400 2.71 gears 29.5 tires…RPM limiter at 4500 138 mph. 93 octane pump gas….

232 hp @ 3850 rpms.
496 lbs ft torque @ 1550 rpms…

Torque was above 400 ft lbs thru 2900 rpms…

@1550 rpms = 146 HP
@3850 rpms = 317 Lbs Ft torque

We had a dip in torque 2600-2800….not sure what that’s all about…

2550-414
2600-408
2650-404
2700-402
2750-405
2800-411
2850-414
2900-410
2950-398
Hope to have clear repirnts of run tomorrow..there printer cartrige was a POS..

:) Over all satisfied as the cam is a torque profile cam…crower 278H, 9.33 comp ratio, performer oval port, HEI, holly 750, headers…
