And yet guys STILL jump on marriage and the ensuing debt and stress that occurs afterwards. I swear, people remind me of cows. If one goes off the cliff, the rest follow. If one guy gets married, all of a sudden his friends feel like they have to jump on the marriage bandwagon as well.

See, I LISTEN to what is posted above and I have learned from it. It is not a joke, it is true. That is why I'm single. Being single gives me the opportunity for a quick escape if any of the above happens and, guess what, it happens A LOT.

For instance:

Me - Honey, I'm going to go buy a new TV for the living room.

Her - Okay, have fun.

Her after I get back with it - Why did you go out and buy a TV? We don't need one and you need to quit wasting money.

Yeah, that has been my experience. Like the Geico cavemen say, "NOT COOL!!!"

Hell, I USE what I see in my friends to scare me away from marriage...OR having kids. Just looks like total misery to me. :)
