As far as being an LT1, well no offense but there are MANY people (and no not all Mustang Owners) that believe LT1's are total pieces of crap and would never buy one. Headgasket problems and things such as that. So yes all these things do matter, obviously the mileage is a major factor but all of these other things matter as well as the fact that for 7500 you can find an LS1.
