Anyone got a stock shifter knob?

Well, my car came with a Hurst aftermarket shifter, and this cool looking (but oddly LONG) chrome handle....So I ordered a short stick from the WS6store, and it appears as though the knob on the hurst handle is smaller than stock :(....

I have a leather hurst shift knob that came with the hurst short throw...it sounds like you have a aftermarket hurst shifter...not the same that came with the car.

You would be correct....I checked, and its a handle/ball package you can get, I'll admit, it looks pretty good, but MAN is it long lol..

I have a extra one...I changed to a mallory ss knob.

I modified my shifter by cutting the handle and chopping out about 2" and welding it back together-it's a Pro 5.0 type after market shifter.You could do this on any shifter handle-also use to adjust angle or something.It's been about a year and a half w/no probs-helped w/ the feel of the shifter alot
