No offence to anyone from texas but, I didnt see any horns on that one.
No one left their car there. they guy who owns the car was standing right there. Jared dogs on a lot of cars and the people that go to his meets know it. They all know him and they take no offence to him. Check out some of his other videos. Usually the owners stand next to him or their car or are standing back watching him. Its all fun and games.

The video was made like the others, on a whim with no script or idea. This explains the stuttering, etc.
As for the actions in the video, they are fake. Im not like that in real life at all, the person I play in the video is designed to ignite anger and generate intrest.
