Thinking of buying a 98 SS

Hi everyone..i've been seriously looking at a 98 ss. How much do you think it's worth. I am going to offer $8,500 cash out the door. Has 94,000 miles, t-tops, red, flowmaster catback, auto (i know....), leather interior. It's really clean but the high miles and auto are a concern. How much do you think it's worth. heres a thought, i paid $9655.50 out the door for my 98 Z28 M6 with 45221 miles on it at a dealership. a Chevrolet dealership too.
