i love it!! its so much fun! I havent been in a while cause all my friends i used to play with are all gone :(
I also love it. Havnt been in a long while. Great times.
Same here.. learned in College.. and loved it.. found a course here that not half bad.... just need people to play with.
details of said sport?!
Think golf with basically a frisbee.... you "tee off" at the beginning off the "hole" and have to avoid obsticles (trees, garbage cans, buildings, etc) sometimes have to travel a certain direction around said obsticles.. and end up throwing the disc into a little cage. You have so many "strokes" or throws to get it from the tee to the cage.

pars, not strokes ;)
And how many holes would a game normally consist of? Oh, and average lenght of a hole?
for the most part a few hundred yards. number of holes varies from field to field...here its 18. some are less.
The ones I've played are 18.. but its all whatever you want to do.. some friends only did the front 9.. or the back nine... and some did 1, 5, 7, 11, 15, etc. I always did all 18 in college.. and played a couple times here.. there is a hole here that is 1,000 yards with a hill in the middle!! As a par 5!! :O
beer usually spices things a little.
this field doesnt allow alcohol
o that sucks. Before is a must.
Haven't found a field close to my house.
Nothing close to me either :(

I'm in lubbock, we only have one right now and a 2nd one in the making. The place I work for is based out of the woodlands.
I don't play with the local club, I learned on a made up college course and that's where I still love to play the most. We do enjoy the actual course too though, cause it's huge and we get to throw big.
