O2 extensions (i used a 12inch on the passanger side and 24 on drivers side). New exhaust manifold gaskets from a GM dealer about $25, I would not use the gaskets that come with the pacesetter headers, Antiseize for the header bolts, PB blaster to help loosen the header bolts when you take the exhaust manifolds off. Might as well get new plugs I went with NGK's, and the install is easy just take your time it took me and a friend less than 6 hours. Think thats it can anybody else think of something
Yepp, To get rid of your check engine light you will either need a tune to remove the cats or pickup some 02 simulators, i agree i wouldnt use that cheap paper gasket that comes with the kit. If you have acess to a lift then you should be good but i didnt so i used some ramps and then jacked it up an additional foot inorder to get the passenger header in. Might wanna consider getttin a mufflex "bumpstop" so your bigger y pipe doesnt tap your floor pan. I would also pick up three band clamps, they wont leak like the kit clamps. Keep your rear 02 sensors around and handy just incase your front ones go. Mine did after 20 miles due too the ceramic coating flakin off and cont. them.
Like above the instail is straight forward and can be done in a couple of hours if ya have a buddys help. I personaly bought some spark plug wire "heat shields" bc the headers sit so close too your wires. They just slide over your wires.
