LS swap automatic to manual swap

Hello everyone I’m new to this and this is my first post but hoping to get some information on anyone else that has done this before. What I have is a aluminum 5.3 ls that I acquired out of a wrecked impala SS and am swapping the engine into a 1992 Chevrolet k1500. I also have a NV4500 manual transmission. My question is do I have to change the harmonic balancer on the engine since I will be going from a automatic style flywheel to a clutch flywheel. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
