I bought her to build for the Hot Rod Pro-Tour race. My sponsor backed out on me and I “got left holding the Camaro”! The previous owner had stripped the car to make a “race car” out of her. When I got her, he had sold the interior, the front sheet metal, the engine (and ecm), and the transmission. He had blown the rear end up after one run. Parts were scarce and at a premium price back in 2003, so they were hard to come by. I put her on a back burner, so she never got finished. Maybe one day, I will find someone to buy her or if my health holds up, I will finish her.Quote:
