I have a small harness on the left side of the car going to the to upstream o2 that has a broken wire going to it. the broken wire hanging out it red but it doesnt look like the o2 has a red wire on the back side. The other wires in the harness are purple ,yellow, black and pink. With the red wire that makes 5 wires. Any ideas?Attachment 26984
Good lord, that is a lousy pic. :lol: I am having trouble even orienting where that is.
its in a lousy place. Found out where the wire goes. One tiny little red wire goes to the alternator to turn it on and off. Its a connector of four, only one wire used. The manual didnt tell me to remove it when changing the oil pan. It needs to be removed!!!!
I don't recall unplugging the alternator... but maybe.
that single wire is super tiny. check to make sure its still connected

it did and I fixed it. The factory is very very thin
