Which way would you go, Keep Trans or Get challenger SRT8 ?

My wife and I was talking and I told her that I really wanted a dodge srt8 and she toid me that if I really want it I should get it but, before I do I am thinking about selling my 73 charger,my 77 Camaro and maybe my 99 Trans which have 46.000 miles or sell the others and keep the trans and have heads, cam headers,intake and tune.Selling all three will give me a good down payment and clear out some of my yearly up keep on these three cars.I am thinking about keeping the Trans, which would mean less down payment just selling two cars.I like the trans but I am getting older and the ride is almost too harsh to take even a short road trip.

I own a 99 Trans WS6, which is Blk Grey interior w/ 6spd. Only mod's are Q1 suspension shocks and stagger ZO rims, 315/40/17 rear tires. It's got 88 K mileage. Any idea what there sell for, I am 60 and probably to old for the ride?

No ideal what the cars sell for, but it really depends on how bad someone what's the car. I am 62 and have had my 99 since new.I enjoy it around town, but taking it on trips over 50 miles is not too much fun if you have to travel over ruff highways.I love the performance of the car but, a family car it is not. My wife looks at me funny anytime I say I am going to drive it out of town with her in it. her car is a highway driver it is like daylight and dark when we go anywhere in her car. Too old, WE ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO HAVE FUN.

I could never sell our cars to get something else... especially any of the older ones to get something new. Not no way... not no how. This being said, they're your cars and you may do as you please.

Keep the cars. Make Charger faster. Cheaper. But that's just me.
