Need help with swapped 02 silverado

So I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The truck came with the 6.0 gas motor which cracked a conecting rod and through it through the side of the block when I hydrolocked it :/...So I bought an all aluminum LS1 out of a 2002 ss camaro (5.7 350) and just swapped them out using the stock truck computer. It runs ok but seems to idle funny, shifts at strange times, and occasionally misses. I'm wondering if tuning would fix this or if I have to get the camaro computer, and if I got the camaro computer would the connections match up to the trucks connections.

All you should need is a retune because the fuel to air mixture is different for the 5.7 than the 6.0 your truck had as the bore is bigger for the 6.0 than the 5.7.
