Looking for previous owner of an 06 gto from holland michiga

I'm looking at purchasing a GTO that just got traded in at Uftring in Peoria IL but I wanted to see if I could get a hold of the previous owner to find out more about the car.

It's an 06 GTO in spice red metallic with SLP headers, K&n intake, and tuned. The guy that traded it in is from Holland Michigan and he traded it in for an XLR.

Anybody know him?

You may be able to get your answer from DMV but I'm not sure about the privacy laws in your state. A title search should be a good start.

I guess he wouldn't see it from the title since the dealer will do the transfer?
