Yep you can drive it. You'll just have an ses light on until its tuned.
Agree. You can drive the car, but things will not be optimal until after your tune.
thanks for the reply now if I can just get in touch with
Mr.Frost I sent him the tune sheet that you fill out when sending your computer but I didnt send the computer because I want to buy one of his powder coated computers with a tune already in . havant heard back yet been two weeks does anybody have a contact number OR A EMAIL
Steve is an exceptionally busy individual - due mostly to the fact that he does damn fine work at a very reasonable price. An email through his site will eventually receive a reply and that is what he recommends in the listing for the item you are looking to purchase.
I did some bolt on's and deletes about a year ago.... long tubes, cat delete, magnaflo's , SLP air box, smooth bellows, air pump delete and baffles removed from hood scoop. The shop that did it tuned out the cats and air pump for a small charge but I didn't go with the full tune ( $$ ). Sounds great and does run better but it looks ( at least from the exhaust tips ) like it's running rich and smells rather pungent -- i was guessing because no cats. Would a frost tune benefit me or do I need a more extensive tune? I have an 02 ram air 6-speed.
A Frost tune is exactly what the doctor ordered... or would order for your car.
He usually has a 1-2 day turnaround time upon receipt of your PCM. Can't ask for much faster than that.
