I would also go out on a limb without even looking at it and assume that the grand prix's and grand am's had the same ignition "cylinder and wires" as a trans am or firebird.......................................... ........
I had a 96 Grand Am, and the ignition is almost exactly the same. The same problem happened to both it and my WS6.....

im guessing you are referring to the tilt that goes from 3 to 9? Every fbody I have ever owned has that problem...I can grab the wheel in the lower left corner and pull down and the wheel will go down at an angle to the left...I have never seen a fix for it.Quote:

Mine were the star heads inside the column, it's the third or fourth Fbody I've had that I've had to do this...
