Did you check the fuel pressure? Clean the MAF?
sounds like a misfire to me....were wires also done with the plugs?
Fuel pressure should be up around 58 psi. Like 0rion mentioned, although it usually sets a code, a misfire will cause hesitation and a loss of power. If you check the plug wires, you should hear/feel two "clicks" when you install the wire to the coil pack and one "click" when you push the boot onto the spark plug.
I didnt replace wires but yes one click on coil pack and two click on spark plugs and even we check with OTC pigsess scanner didnt have code or misfire my truck was working perfect this all happen after they repaired the trans , and to make sure if fuel pump psi i ok I disconnect the vacuum air from fuel regulator the PSI was up around 56 or 58 but still I have the same VIB .thats mean not from fuel
I dont know what to check .
The Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF) is between the air cleaner lid and throttle body. It can be cleaned with CRC Spray MAF Cleaner available at any parts store. Easiest way to test the MAF is to purposefully fail it by unplugging the electrical connector to it. This will force the PCM into speed density mode where airflow is estimated rather than measured. If the hesitation and rough running goes away when you unplug the MAF that is the likely culprit. Note that unplugging it will set a code and should trigger the SES light.
I try that too same nothing change but i notice when is cold the shaking hesitating is more than when is warm
Check your plug wires to ensure that they are properly seated and not burned or shorting out on something. You can remove and reinstall each wire. Upon removal, squirt a dab of dielectric grease into the spark plug boot as this will both deal out moisture and allow for easier removal in the future. When reinstalling the wires, you should hear/feel one "click" on the plug and two "clicks" on the coil. If the wires are original, then throw them out and get a new set.
