I got 2 top sirloin steaks today that weigh almost 3.75lbs. combined weight :eek: Going to grill those over a hot charcoal fire with a couple baked potatoes, some corn on the cob, and a nice mixed greens salad. Wash it all down with some ice cold beer. :yum: I'm so glad winter is over!!
