Everything from the windshield forward on 93-97 is different than 98-02. You would have to change the hood, fenders, front bumper and all the headlight brackets in order to use the plastic headlights out of a later model F body. There might be more involved in the swap but I'm not sure. I have seen it done before and heard it's pretty straight forward but you pretty much have to have an entire front end off a donor car to do it correctly
He is correct. It never usually comes up right or easy when you don't have a donor car. Lots of parts to find and some can be rare. If its not a issue your better off selling it for 98+

They sell HID kits for your year car so that's not a big deal. My TA has glass headlights and they have HID kits available for mine for around $200. If you want halos, I'm not sure you'll be able to manage that. My opinion is that they look kinda ricey with those things but whatever floats your boat. I'd rather have your year Camaro and swap a LS motor into it. Ultimate sleeper
