I am going to give a shout out to our resident V6 expert on the forum for you.
You'll need to change everything for the v8 swap.
The 3.4l 60 degree v6 has no parts you can use other than the rear but it's weak and prolly won't last.
You'll need everyting from the donor car. You'll also need a way to drive your guage cluster.
What year is the small block?
The 160+hp 3.4l SFI already has smogger 350 v8 power stock..lol
It can also hold it's own against TPI 305's..lol
Both are 15-16 second f-bodies.
Imho build the 6, skip the swap..:hide:
Couldn't agree with you more.Quote:

No one has gone much over 500 on turbo's yet so I can't quote the limit.lol
400 or so would be good imho, a 60* v6 will turn 7000 rpm all day.
Or as others are likely soon to suggest, sell everything and buy one with a v8 already.
Though I will always pull for a nasty v6 build.. :)
