My brother just put a 03 6.0 with a stock crank in his IROC and put a T-56 from a 02 SS behind it. everything bolted right up.
whats the difference between the 99-02 and 03 and up 6.0
I'm not sure, is your 6.0 an LQ4?
I havent bought it yet but it came out of a van and it has steel heads on it
Do you know the year of the 6.0 for sure? Steel heads were used up through 2000. In 2001 they went aluminum heads on the 6.0
FBJ is the man to ask these questions, he's been answering mine when it come to 6.0 liter blocks
From what I research the main problem is the 58x reluctor wheel that is an issue for our cars, ours have a 24x wheel. Many guys have dropped LQ4/9's with our T56 in them. If you can get one with the 24x life is good, but I just found out very recently that if it is a 58x wheel you can get a converter from Texas Speed & Performance.
