Can a lock smith make me a door and trunk key without a key or do i need to replace all of the locks.
I believe a locksmith could cut keys without the original. I could be wrong, but I have heard it is possible.
A locksmith should be able to do that. I had a 71 dodge challenger and I lost the trunk key and did not have a spare took it to a locksmith and he had some kind of blank made of soft material used that in the key hole and then was able to use it to make me a new key. I did not want to replace all my locks it only cost around 25 bucks. good luck
yes they can do it. I bought a car with no trunk or door key and he was able to use a blank, slowly filed it until he got it to open. It takes some time and it might cost a bit but is easier and cheaper than replacing everything.
Ask the dealer how much they'd charge using your VIN, door/trunk key should be cheap.
Cost me about $25 for the ignition key and another $10 for the door form the dealer. The $25 included the programing for the chip.
