I just bought a 2002 bc4 camero, it runs stock with a/c hooked up regular exhaust, basically stock. It will run in the low 12"s what would I have to do to get in the 10's with the a/c hooked up and maybe uncap the headers. Thanks.

Just as an FYI - no LS1 Camaro runs in the low 12's stock.

If you want 10's...you better start saving up a lot :)
Depends on whether your car is an A4 or M6.
If you're an auto, a decent size cam, stall converter 3600 or so, and some suspension tweaks will get you in the 10's. Depends on how deep into the 10's you want to go. 10.999 is a whole lot different than a 10.0. Add a decent set of heads and a FAST intake and you're definitely there. I wouldn't really suggest running that on your stock 10 bolt rear end though.
If you're an M6, you're looking at turbo or supercharger probably. Both of which do not come anywhere close to cheap.
Spray it.
Op is talking about running in the 10s. Not really any way to do that without ill effects on things. Your rear end does not know if it is being sprayed or supercharged. Heads and cam MAY get you there if you know what your doing and everything else is set up right. If only enough spray is used to get you there, and done properly, your bottom end won't know the difference either.
Well, we also have to take into consideration what that car is...a B4C police interceptor. I don't know what those run in the quarter mile however. The B4C already has some mods from the factory(heads, rear, power steering/trans cooler) and I don't know what other mods they have. OP, have you had that car dynoed at all?
We need more info on that car.
Pretty sure the B4C did not come with any special heads or rear.
