Won't Start

I went home the other night and the car drove just fine.... woke up the next morning and went to start the car and as soon as i turn the key over the car doesnt even try to start it looses all of it's power. I cant lock or unlock the doors nothing. I did notice a fast clicking sound and the red light on the dash was flashing. I go to work come back home and the car has power again. I checked the charge on the battery and it was low so i recharged it and tried it again the next day with the same results. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. My next move was going to double check and make sure the battery was still good.

I'd have the battery load tested first. When mine wouldn't even unlock the doors one morning that was the culprit. Strange things can happen when battery voltage plunges - mine even popped the hatch.

Wow thats pretty crazy.... But the thing is that it completely dies no power what so ever after i try to start it and then if i wait for a while it has power again.... without recharging the battery!

Check the battery cables too then.

Yes check for good connection look under rubber boot.

i had the same issue, my positive cable was loose, this happened after my security system went into shut down mode with no power to the key or fuel pump, hasnt done it again but i still dont trust it yet.
