Differences between automotive LS1 and Marine LS1?

Does anybody know the differences between automotive LS1 and Marine LS1? in terms of the long block assembly?

I plan on changing out the cam and valve spring package but I'm concerned as to whether or not there are more differences between the two.

Never seen a ls motor didn't think you could use a ls motor because of the head design it would let water into the heads
