I have seen a car or two with painted intake and valve covers. I have done this with older iron block cars before.
Anyone who has done this. Did you use engine paint on the intake? How well is the finish holding up?

My main concern is how the intake will take the paint.
Any pics would be appreciated too.
The intake is powdercoated and everything else is engine enamel from Autozone...Air Lid, Air Lid Base, Valve Covers, Strut Mounts/Wheel Wells, etc.
lol so how bad ass is the Nymphadora really?
Powdercoated intake, fuel rail and valve covers. Had the airlid and deck professionaly painted/cleared.
