a proposal for our government

Can you please buy an island... it would have to be rather "large"...and send stupid people to it...

Lets make a program where at certain ages your level of intelligence must meet certain criteria, or you will be sent to an island with all the other dumb people...

ugh... sitting here at work I'm amazed at the level of "stupid" that happens... I'm not the brightest person in the world but right now i feel like fuggin steve hawking...

I think it'd just be easier to export the smart people to a utopian paradise and leave the stupid people here (just a numbers thing).

Not wanting to steal your thread, but I would like to add to your idea...

Here in Minnesota, if you've been busted for DUI/DWI multiple times, you get a special license plate to let cops easily recognize the fact that you're a repeat offender.

Well, I was thinking, couldn't we do the same thing for shitty drivers? C'mon, give a special plate or even a bumper sticker if their caught with X# of moving violations or "at fault" accidents in a given time period. That way, the rest of us know what we're dealing with when we see these jackasses on the road and can give them a wide birth.

i agree... bliss would be a nice change... oh yeah... and make the stupid ones pay for our tickets...

i agree with that also... some people should have been blow jobs instead...

This might just work. Great Britain did something similar a few hundred years ago but they shipped all of their hardened criminals to an island. The island was Australia...

I think you should have to get a liscense in order to breed. Some people just shouldn't be allowed to reproduce.

I never knew that....they should make that a nationwide deal
