After years of wanting to get a WS6 hood, im doing it this year:true:
The deciding factor was that the other day i seen a Formula with a ram air hood and it looked great.
I will be getting a VFN hood:bounce:

Cool! I just put a Formula bumper cover on my car for the fmic and I love the look of the Formula front end.

great decision.
i love the look of formies with an R/A hood. the TA front bumper just has too much crap going on with it (ls1 style, not Lt1 style). not a good, simple, clean & mean look like the formie's do!
post pics once you get 'er done!
Nice! I've always liked the looks of the Formula over the Trans Am and the front end is one of the main reasons. It has a sleeker design imo.
awesome cant wait to see it...
the team at VFN seem to be good people
I have a VFN hood (3" SS) and I like it but don't. Love the looks over the stock SS hood which is too puny and not aggressive enough for my tastes but the gap between the bumper and hood seems too much for me. My body shop (Which is respected by many) could have fucked up but I'm not sure :dunno:
One thing though is how fast VFN took care of me when I needed them too. Hopefully when I send mine back to a different shop for a little check up, they can fix the gap. Its about 2 times the size of the OEM gap. Side to side is mint and no other issues except loving the huge scoop
:woot:
