engine surging
Hey guys, i am still relatively new to the ls1 and fuel injection in general. I went to start my car which has been in winter storage in a heated garage on a finally warm day. Well of course i never disconnected the battery cuz i had been starting it and it was dead. I have a booster pack and fired it up. Once it started it began surging badly and when i touch the throttle at all it revs way up almost to the red line and slowly comes back down to begin surging again. Once it started to warm up a little the surging was a little bit less, but still there and the throttle continues to rev it way up. What the hell is going on here? I have never had that happen, but have never stored a fuel injected car before. I had stabil in it. Figured having it in a heated garage would be good. Last year it was in an unheated garage and fired up fine all winter....any help will be more than appreciated!
Thanks

Check for a vacuum leak. It's possible one of the vacuum hoses has become cracked or broke.
