Electronic voltage stabilizer?
Wierd question that i ran across and they made claims on these things that i just wasnt even sure about.
I understand the basic principle of a voltage stabilizer is to control voltage surges and whatnot but are these actually as usful as they claim? for $18 im willing to try it since all it does is bolt on to the battery, but has anyone ever tried one? I guess for stereo heavy cars it would be viable.
heres the claims that i googled on stabalizers that I found were interesting:
Save Up To 5% On Fuel
Increase Horsepower Up To 7% more hp
Easy to install - Takes Less Than 20 Minutes
Fits All Makes And Models Of Cars And Trucks
Works On Carbureted And Fuel Injected Engines
For Gasoline And Diesel Engines
im considering it just to see if it will get rid of that "pulsation" in the voltage that seems to do it with the speed of the motor that happens while idling at stops.
