The proportions on a subcompact XD are more aesthetically pleasing to me than the full size, for sure. Especially with hogues. Have fun sighting in that dot. I need to go get some .223 trigger time this week myself...new boss really wants to go shooting with me.
The red dots is easy as crap to sight in, as long as you got your iron sights sighted in it will be easy. And I have the XDM .40 3.8, it is a very well balanced handgun, has a 16+1 capacity and I havent had any problems out of it!!
I always use the "sighting in my red dot" as an excuse to blow through 2 or 3 magazines. Shhh...my wife will hear you.Quote:
