I'm been having some terrible noise coming from my car lately. It only happens when I turn the wheel left. The power steering fluid level is fine. What do you guys think it is? Rack and pinion maybe?

"terrible noise" is too vague...describe what the noise sounds like :)
Its a squealing/grinding type of noise I suppose. But its only when I turn left so I dont think its the pump
Wheel bearing?
Post a video to You Tube and give us a link. Then we can all try our hand at remote diagnosis. This could be better than Click and Clack!
turns out the rack is leaking... I havent got a chance to put the car on jack stands, but its for sure leaking. Dammit i wonder what a new rack is going to cost lol
Blow it off with some brake cleaner and see where it is leaking at. Could just be a fitting.
looks like a steering pump!!! does it get stock sometimes?? and u said make noise only when turning the wheels?? no matter rite or left...
