I emailed him this picture so he can forward it to the DNR here. I have a feeling it's no big deal though....the deer looked healthy and the meat smelled fine. I asked him what the internals looked like when he field dressed it and he said everything looked great. I'm just curious more than anything because I've butchered maybe 50 deer and have never ran into this or haven't noticed it if I have. It's like he had some blood thing going on or something where vessels were bursting or something. Maybe high blood pressure? :D
