which holes do i bolt the new motor in?

looks like you took the regulator out? The regulator rivets look like they belong here.

Does anyone have a inx on how to split the door open? I've replaced my window motors about 6 times (4x driver, 2x passenger) but I've always removed the door handle, the door speaker, and passed the motor thru the speaker hole and behind the inner wall of the door. I've never seen the regulator.

there are screws in the door arm... there is a screw in the bottom holder part...
