So did Obama give him the right to buy a hose? Maybe Obama paid his water bill so he could have water to spray her with. It wasn't meant to be. Just from what he said on the video is that only now can they confront the lady. Yea, my cousin got an assault ticket for squirting someone with a water gun that he attached behind the front grill of his truck. It was a great gag, squirting people at the cross walk but is still got the ticket.
