My bet would be either she cant film in the time frame they want to do or she is tired of the franchise. Or wants more then they are willing to pay.

Maybe she would surprise me, but my personal thought is that she would do for the franchise what Ice-T or T-Ball or whatever his name was did for the XXX franchise. Or George Clooney (with a bit of help from the incredible acting skillz from....who was the ditzy blonde chick? Oh yeah, Silverstone) did for the Batman franchise.

Not that the franchise could get much worse after the last entry.
