Traction Control Tone Ring

I had to order a new axle shaft for my car because the passenger side was worn at the bearing surface.

The axle I ordered was supposedly for a traction control car but it doesn't have the tone ring on it.

Does my old tone ring go on the new axle?

If so, does it have to be removed/installed by a shop with a press?

Or did I get shipped the wrong axle?

Yes, your old tone ring (exciter ring, reluctor ring) will be reused on the new axle.
