Pcm Question

New guy here! Hello all' Just a buggin question i have a 98'formula ls1 a4 i have a 99-02 Diablosport Predator F body SLP Tune Handheld tuner anyone ever get that to upload to a 98'? im thinking the pcm is vin locked any idea of finding a pcm f body 99-newer? junkyards are scarce might work if im right 99's still had cable TB's only new feature might have been TC? not on mine hehe! my PS will never wear out lol! the funny part aside what to do!! any help i would love just didnt want my unusable tuner so far to be a non returnable paperweight lol.

I believe there is a difference between the '98 and later PCM's. Our resident tuner, Frost, has made mention of this before if I recall correctly. You may want to post this question under the "Computer & Tuning" part of the forum.

I don't think the DS tuner will work on 97-98 LS1s. I would contact them to be sure, but I think that's the deal.
