Ain't nothing sweeter!

After 2-1/2 months, and way more work than I initially anticipated, the Bird was fired up for the first time tonight. She lit right off and ran better than I expected -- a few idle issues as the PCM got things figured out, but nothing major. After she came up to temp, I banged on the loud pedal a bit to hear what the new exhaust setup does for the car... wow! All that is left now is to install the cutout and re-assemble my center console. The sound of her running for the first time tonight was just sweet, sweet music.

Thanks all! I was running everything I did through my head tonight trying to remember if I had forgotten anything. I was actually a little nerved up turning the key.

Did the same with the top end on mine. I bet I wiggled every connection to be sure 20 times. Then gave her the "Okay baby here we go" then it stalled after it spit and hickupped.. heart in my throut She fired right up on the second try..:vodka:
