Panhard bar q
I saw these two:

I'm thinking the "panhard relocation kit" would be perfect for me, as both it and the panhard on my car are about rusted through and look like crap, but that top bar also rattles something nastly againt the exhuast pipe.
i was wondering, can i install these without a jack and stands? as i dont have stands nor ramps, but it doesnt look like either of these pieces require the car to be up in the air and/or the suspension unloaded, looks like 6-7 bolts! nice and easy... but figure id double check here.

I'd get a jack & block it up. It's tough enough to move the rear back & forth to align the bolts up. Can't imagin moving the car back & forth. If you do, have some buddys over to help you.

ah didnt think about that part. guess ill just have the garage do it when i get the fuel pump installed, thats all gotta come out anyway right?! haha

Yes it makes it easier if they are dropping to tank to remove the panhard bar.

FYI, just so you know the PHB relocation kit isn't designed for lowered cars. Since it puts the PHB at too much of an angle.
