for 2001 Z28 with monsoon unit. I'm looking to hook up my phone(to play music) to the aux input and need to see if I can use that or need to hook directly into the head unit
it is by the factory amp rear passenger side infront of spare tire. You will not be able to hook up your phone to it as far as I know, for there are know inputs of anysort. You will need an aftermarket h/u for that.
Actually, I was looing at the PAC Aux box that would connect to that cable using a gm10 cable connector and then a simple rca to headphone jack adaptor to connect to the phones headphone jack.
Anyone think this won't work??
