I think you should put more focus on why you were arrested versus proving my your miranda rights weren't read. :D
Depends what its for.....my roommate got arrested for a minor in possession and never had his rights read to him. He took it to court and the prosecutor realized they had a case, and his mip was reduced to a civil infraction. Just had to pay a small fine, nothing went on his record. At the time he already had 2 mips on his record and two more that had been taken off already. So he must have really had a case because it should have been easy for the prosecutor to win.
You only have to be mirandized if being questioned about a crime and you are not free to leave.

You only have to be read your rights if you are being questioned in your connection and part of a crime. Other than that no you can be arrested without being read your rights.
