Can anyone help? Need advice

I have a 1999 c5 that I have done some bolt ons!
I have a vararam vr-b2 and have lg long tube headers with borla catbacks (no cats)and have had it tuned by RPM in Lewisville! It dynod at 345 rwhp and 355 ft lbs of torque. I just bought a comp cam 228/230 587/590 114 lsa and a ls 6 intake! Before I have these put on I really want to make sure this is what I'm looking for, I want a good lope out of the cam and am shooting for a little over 400 hp. Because of the cost of putting this in, I am wondering should I wait and go with a little bigger cam and sell this one or will this be ok? Also I have a 6 speed transmission!

Whats your plans with the car, are you going to do heads later on or a supercharger?

I have been looking at heads, but probably not for a while! No super charger for at least 3or4 years!

That cam should be fine then. Mine is a 224/228 with a .581 lift and it has a really nice lope to it.

That cam should be great especially for a DD.
