deleted recycle bin

I deleted it off my desktop, where is it ?, how do I get it back ?, Windows Vista OS

Right click your desktop, select 'Personalize', select 'Change Desktop Icons'.

hit the windows icon in the bottom left, where it says start search at the bottom, type recycle bin

check the recycle bin
